Classes at Love'n The Kitchen Love’n The Kitchen is a home based gourmet cooking school offered with state of the art professional equipment and a talented staff! Classes at Love’n The Kitchen are from beginner to gourmet levels. Each course offers a theme based cooking experience, taught via live demonstration, with plenty of interaction and time for questions. You will leave with the recipes and inspiration to re-create the dishes for those you love, as well as with a very special gift. Super Incentives! It is glorious to be in the kitchen, but not at the grocery store, especially as the Fall breeze is upon us. In this class, each recipe contains no more than 7 ingredients, and is ideal for Fall. Easy Pumpkin Soup is not only flavorful, but is perfectly presented in the Pumpkin shell. Salmon with Green Beans and Caramelized Shallot Butter looks absolutely beautiful Maple Pork with Apples and Baby Carrots tastes as good as it sounds. Autumn Succotash with Orzo Pasta is a unique and colorful dish. Rich and Spicy Pumpkin Pudding Cake take us back to where we began, on this easy, breezy day. |

It is election eve, so let’s pay homage to the President's of the past—but not via politics, through food!! Reagan's Favorite Homemade Chili is first very interesting as it is prepared with wine and bacon drippings. Johnson's Spinach Soufflé and JFK's Seafood Casserole, with Lobster, Crab and Shrimp (plus a fun surprise!) is our main entree before the vote. You will be asked to cast a vote for either Lincoln's Vanilla Almond Cake, or Carter's Frozen Peanut Fudge Delight-a winner either way!! |

An exciting Date Night awaits you, with Chef Richard Florczack, Hollywood's premier private chef, and the recipes and techniques that got him there. For nearly 12 years, Chef Richard has been, and still is, the full-time chef for Mel Gibson and his family, along with many more of the Hollywood elite (that he will talk about during class). Although his bio is impressive, Chef Richard's goal is to make the connection with the home cook—to show people what they can do vs. that of a top chef. This evening he prepares dishes from his cookbook; Chinese Chicken Salad; Chilean Sea Bass with Black Bean Sauce; and Pear Purses with Vanilla Sauce. *Bonus: Each couple receives a copy of Chef Richard's 160 page, full color photo hardcover cookbook ($30 retail value). |
